职责描述： • Perform financial management transformation projects focusing Ｏn optimizing organizational workflows and policies for the group and its subsidiaries in PRC; • Lead a team to perform finance function including finance reporting, budgeting, taxation and treasury. • Work closely with business leaders, and lead the Group finance department to achieve business units growth and profitability, as well as operational efficiency; • Overall responsibility for accounting and financial management duties in Hong Kong and PRC including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, investment evaluation, costing and risk management; • Analyze business performance data, identifying trends and external environment and provide financial analysis and recommendation to the management team • Develop and implement financial policies, practices and changes of processto ensuring a high level of compliance to local laws and regulations; • Maintain the relationships with banks, stakeholders, financial institutions, external auditors etc. • Due diligence and process improvement projects • Review portfolio of the companies and monitor the financial planning, reporting, forecast and budgeting activities • Ensuring portfolio companies' financial governance and audit procedures are in place 任职要求： • Qualified accountant, Big 4 Trained with professional qualification of ACCA / CPA • Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification • Minimum 15 years of financial management experience in sizable organizations preferably in Conglomerates, HK listed Company, of which over 5 years of experience in Financial Director capacity or above • Well-versed in HK& PRC accounting standards and taxation regulations • Exposure in PRC manufacturing industry would be an asset • Familiar with HK Listing Rules, SFO, Companies Ordinance and other relevant regulations will be a definite asset • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with all business contacts • Experience in negotiating and leading transactions with banks, investment banks and local government • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Good command of the Chinese and English language • Stationed in Shenzhen or Dongguan
